I believe that money is one of the easiest things to get.
All you need to do is
- Be able to recognize opportunities
- Act on them!
The problem most people are having is that
They don’t recognize opportunity even if it stares them in the face, shakes them, and screams at them.
Why is that?

I love that you share your thoughts and the observations that inspire them! This was particularly good. Here’s a thought for you. So that those who value these observations that you share can recognize the nature of the material that’s coming more readily ( rather than save them for later & forget them as we select which emails we are willing to spend time with }, perhaps you could encode them with an appropriate title or label such as, ” Here’s more from your Friendly Financial Philosopher “. [ I like alliteration.]
I find these types of videos very valuable and I want to encourage you to never stop. It’s rare to find a successful person that’s willing to share the thought processes that led to that success. Again, thanks Jack!! Keep it up!! ………… J. Paul
Good idea.
I will try to make sure my email subjects are such that you can tell when I publish one of these tips.
but in the meantime – just open all my emails so you don’t miss anything :)

I have always done this. Nobody listens. I have not been able to monetize it.
Perry, It’s not about asking other people to listen (and perhaps even giving them advice)
It’s about listening yourself and identifying opportunities.
if you hear that a certain product is hard to get in the stores and people paying huge premiums to get one,
go find one in a store that is off the beaten path and then sell it on the same channel where people pay more for it (like ebay)
and make some money.
you don’t need anyone to listen to you, but YOU need to listen closely to what people are talking about.
